Caribbean Nights at Mondi Skybar & Restaurant: A Night to Remember

On January 30th, Mondi Skybar & Restaurant kicked off the highly anticipated Caribbean Nights with an unforgettable first edition. Already a beloved concept at Mondi West, this event brought the same vibrant energy and soul of the Caribbean to the Skybar, combining delicious food, lively music, and exciting performances all under one roof.

The evening began with a delicious 3-course dinner, where guests indulged in Chef Justin Niessen’s signature Caribbean soul food—flavors that perfectly capture the essence of the islands. From the first bite to the last, every dish told a story of tradition, creativity, and passion. As dinner came to a close, the real fun began.

With the DJ from the ABC Islands spinning the best of soca, dancehall, and reggaeton, the atmosphere was electric. The dance floor quickly filled with guests ready to move to the rhythm of the Caribbean. To add to the excitement, dancers in full carnival costumes brought the colors and spirit of the islands to life, dazzling everyone with their infectious energy.
